As I sit down to pen this reflection on my 36th birthday, I am struck by the passage of time and the journey that has brought me to this moment. December 8th has always been a day of celebration, but this year, it feels different. It’s not just a marker of age; it’s a reminder of growth, resilience, and the unwavering commitment to my dreams and values.

From a young age, my life has been a tapestry woven with threads of technology, music, and entrepreneurship. These passions have not only defined my professional path but have also shaped who I am as a person. The lessons I’ve learned along the way—from the early days at MEGA COMPUTER in Alexandria to the launch of ventures like D&D Entertainment Group and NYC360 Inc.—have been invaluable. They’ve taught me that success isn’t just about reaching the destination; it’s about embracing the journey, with all its ups and downs.

Looking back, the Red Sea Academy for Tourism & Entertainment Services was a defining chapter in my life. It was more than just a business; it was a vision to elevate the tourism and entertainment industry in Egypt and the Middle East. The academy was a beacon of innovation, providing world-class training and services at a time when the region needed it most. Even though the academy had to close its doors in 2011 due to the political upheaval in Egypt, the experience was a cornerstone that laid the foundation for my future endeavors.

Today, as I celebrate another year of life, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities that have come my way. I am thankful for the support of my family, friends, and colleagues who have been by my side through thick and thin. My father, Rizk Ayoub, played a pivotal role in shaping my early passion for technology. His belief in my potential and his encouragement to pursue my dreams have been my guiding light. I owe much of my success to the lessons he instilled in me—lessons of perseverance, integrity, and the importance of giving back.

In recent years, my focus has expanded beyond the realms of entertainment and technology. With the establishment of companies like Encoding.Marketing and NYC360 Inc., I’ve delved into the worlds of digital transformation, sustainability, and social responsibility. These ventures are not just businesses; they are platforms for creating positive change. They embody my belief that entrepreneurship should serve a greater purpose—one that contributes to the well-being of society and the preservation of our planet.

As I look to the future, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. The world is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and with it, new opportunities are emerging. Whether it’s through RAAM BAND’s music that bridges cultures or the innovative projects under Youssef Enterprise, my mission remains the same: to inspire, innovate, and make a lasting impact.

Turning 36 is not just about celebrating what has been achieved, but also about setting new goals and challenging myself to reach even greater heights. I am committed to continuing my journey of learning and growth, embracing new technologies, and exploring uncharted territories. But most importantly, I am committed to staying true to the values that have guided me thus far—creativity, authenticity, and a deep respect for the people and the world around me.

To everyone who has been part of this incredible journey, I want to express my heartfelt thanks. Your support means the world to me, and I am excited to see where the future takes us. Here’s to another year of dreams, innovation, and making a difference.

Thank you for being a part of my journey.

With gratitude,

Ramy Ayoub
